Form data and purposes
The contact form processes your name, email, specific inquiry and optional phone number. Registration processes your first name, surname, email and phone number; profession, education, trade authorisation, language skills, possible start date and notes are optional. We use these data solely to handle the specific inquiry or registration. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to further work offers or marketing. We do not accept attachments, date of birth or home address.
Legal basis
Where you request specific contractual cooperation as an individual, we process necessary data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries and communication with company representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business communication you initiated under Article 6(1)(f). We do not require consent to handle the form and do not combine this purpose with advertising consent. Basic website operation and security may involve technical data, including IP address, request time, URL and browser information; the purpose is secure service operation and the legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
Retention and access
We retain form data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and for no more than 12 months from receipt; if the purpose ends earlier, processing ends earlier. Any specific statutory obligations are assessed separately for their scope and applicable legislation, rather than automatically extending every registration. This rule also applies to email copies and backups. Internal access to the content is limited to the management of Reflexjobs s.r.o.
Delivery and technical providers
In production, the new form application sends submissions by email to petr.bezdek@reflexjobs.cz. It does not store submission content in its own database or application logs and has no integration with Novion. WEDOS/ VEDOS services provide hosting, email delivery, network protection and their technical backups. Technical processing by a provider is distinct from internal access by management. We do not disclose personal data collected through these forms to clients in Germany or Belgium.
Cookies and separate measurement
Functional cookies protect the form and remember a language you selected manually. Language selection uses a local IP lookup in the DB-IP database, without GPS or an external geolocation request for each visitor. Cookiebot, provided by Usercentrics A/S, manages cookie choices; Google Ads advertising measurement and remarketing operate only with the relevant consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings; forms work without advertising consent. Providers may process technical visit and consent data. This is separate processing and does not subscribe you to work offers.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its conditions are met, particularly for automated processing based on a contract or consent. You can withdraw optional-cookie consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or the competent supervisory authority.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Without the necessary contact details, we cannot properly handle the inquiry or registration; other fields are optional. The new form application does not carry out automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects or applicant profiling.
